Foundation, Charette - Self and Other Voices: Paper as an Art Material

Manipulating paper without using it as a surface for an image, I preferred to approach it in a fairly clean-cut way (ha-ha…nevermind, not funny), as opposed to some of my classmates. One of them chewed his paper and made tiny sculptures with just his mouth! I don’t know if that’s more cool or more gross, but it was definitely great!

Anyways, I manipulated my paper through cutting, layers, and light. I think it kind of came out as a sort of macabre romance. Best thing I’ve done in Charette yet! (Not that we’ve done much really worth showing anyways…)

Also, I’d like to note that I think I’m going through an artist’s book phase. I just love those books and what you can do with them! D8
